Thank you for spending the time to fill out the feedback form. We apologize for the fact that your logo was partially cut off on some of the pens. We understand your disappointment, and we appreciate your reaching out for help. After thoroughly reviewing your order, we regret notifying you that a part of your logo on the left and bottom sides was positioned outside the safety line, resulting in inaccurate cutting. As a result, we corrected the design issue and proceeded to submit a free replacement order for a new batch of pens. You can view the update from your order history; the order number remains the same. Once your package is shipped, you'll get an email with a new tracking number.
