We are deeply sorry to hear that you do not like the printed logo in front of the 15 oz. SimpliColor Mug you received. Allow us to check this for you. Looking at your account, we can confirm that you have submitted a complaint on the product you receive, and you are expecting a 2-sided print on the mugs. However, upon checking on the product description of your order, the decoration or design area was "wrap-around". When you revisit the Design Edit page, your logo was in the middle of the template and the design area was longer, meaning if you have a longer artwork fit to this template, it will be printed wrapping around the mug. Furthermore, to ensure you're getting the right products, we encourage you to always check the product page and its sections before placing your order.
